Drink a cup of MADI-TEE once a day on an empty stomach.
To do this, stir 5 g (which corresponds to approx. one teaspoon) into a cup of hot water.
To prevent the powder from settling at the bottom of the cup, you should stir the contents several times and drink the entire contents of the cup.
This is the only way to achieve full effectiveness.
Make sure that you drink only water 30 min after taking the powder. Ready!

Zutaten:
- Inulin
- Kaffee (löslich)
- Bromelain
- Ingwer
- Zimt
ZUBEREITUNG: 9 g Pulver in eine Tasse geben und mit ca. 200ml Wasser aufgießen oder mit fettarmer Milch bzw. pflanzlicher Variante kalt zubereiten. Vor dem Frühstück auf nüchternen Magen trinken. Anschließend 30 Minuten lang nichts essen. Wasser darf getrunken werden.
Verzehrempfehlung: Täglich 1. Portion morgens auf nüchternen Magen. Bei Bedarf zusätzlich Nachmittags oder vor einer Mahlzeit.
