§1 Scope of application
All deliveries and services between Madi (hereinafter referred to as "seller" or "we") and its customers are exclusively subject to the General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "GTC") available on the Internet at the time of the order. Unless expressly agreed in writing, conflicting or deviating terms and conditions do not apply.

The contract is concluded with Madi. Further information about us can be found in the imprint.

Consumers within the meaning of our GTCs (hereinafter "Customer") are natural persons who conclude contracts for a purpose that cannot be attributed to their commercial or professional activity. Entrepreneurs are natural or legal persons or partnerships with legal capacity who, when concluding a contract, act in the exercise of their commercial or independent professional capacity.

§2 Conclusion of contract and storage
After going through the ordering process in the shopping basket, you place a binding order for the goods contained in your shopping basket by clicking on the "Buy now" button. Your order is a binding offer which requires our express acceptance in order for a purchase contract to be concluded. Confirmation of receipt of the order follows immediately after the order has been sent. The purchase contract is concluded with the delivery of the goods ordered by you. Please understand that we can only supply you if we have the goods in stock.

Your order and the order data you enter will be stored by us. We will send you an order confirmation with all the details to the e-mail address you provided

§3 Delivery and prices
We deliver the ordered goods while stocks last. Please understand that we can only supply you if we have the corresponding goods in stock. Goods are sold exclusively to end consumers in quantities customary for households; commercial resale is not permitted. We reserve the right to cancel contradictory orders. Services already exchanged, e.g. amounts paid by the purchaser, will be refunded immediately.

Any shipping costs are listed on the order confirmation/invoice. If a delivery is not accepted or cannot be delivered due to an incorrectly stated delivery address by the customer, the costs for a new delivery may be additionally charged to the customer.

The prices as shown on our Internet pages at the time of the order and transmitted to you by order confirmation shall apply. Errors excepted.

§4 Delivery times
We process your order quickly and reliably. Within Germany, you will receive your order within 3-4 working days after placing your order or after receipt of payment in advance. The delivery time abroad may vary (usually 6-14 working days).

We have no influence on the delivery time of the parcel delivery company, so that we cannot guarantee the actual delivery time.

§5 Delivery and shipping costs
Delivery within Germany
We deliver without a minimum order value. VAT and shipping costs are included in the invoice amount. We ship with DHL / Post.
For shipments within Germany, we charge € 4.70 per order for packaging and postage.

Deliveries to EU countries
EU countries are: Austria, Sweden, Spain, Italy, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France and Luxembourg.
For deliveries to EU countries, German VAT will be charged and shown on the invoice. In addition, shipping costs of € 13.99 will be charged.

Deliveries abroad
We deliver abroad with DHL. The shipping costs depend on the weight and the country of transport. The delivery time is 6-15 working days.

§6 Terms of payment
You can pay us in advance.

We issue a detailed invoice with the line items for each order. The invoice contains all necessary and legally required information. The respective statutory sales tax will be shown separately on the invoice.

If you pay in advance, you will receive an order confirmation with our account details and the payment data for transferring the invoice amount directly after placing the order. As soon as the invoice amount has been credited to our account, we will ship your order immediately. The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

§7 Right of revocation
The right of withdrawal only applies to consumers. In the event of a justified complaint, we will act quickly and unbureaucratically. Simply contact us so that we can clarify the matter together, if possible to your advantage.



Alternative dispute resolution in accordance with Art. 14 (1) ODR Regulation and § 36 VSBG:
The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (OS), which you can find at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are not obliged or willing to participate in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board.
